PublicAnnouncementonDepartureofSeniorExecutives Jiangling Motors Corporation, Ltd. and its Board members undertake that theinformationdisclosedhereinistruthful,accurateandcompleteanddoesnotcontainanyfalsestatement,misrepresentationormajoromission. Forthereasonofworkrotation,theBoardofDirectorsofJianglingMotorsCorporation,Ltd.(hereinafterreferredtoas‘JMC’orthe‘Company’)decidedthatMr.JoeyZhuwouldnolongerserveastheChiefFinancialOfficer,aMemberoftheExecutiveCommittee,theSecretaryoftheAuditCommitteeundertheBoardofDirectorsoftheCompany,aDirectorofJianglingFordAutomobileTechnology(Shanghai)Co.,Ltd.,andaDirectorofHanonSystems (Nanchang) Co., Ltd. The personnel changes shall become effective fromNovember1,2025.Mr.JoeyZhu'soriginaltermofofficewasscheduledtoconcludeupontheexpiryofthetermoftheeleventhBoardofDirectorsoftheCompany,i.e.June15,2026.Forthereasonofworkrotation,theBoardofDirectorsoftheCompanydecidedthatMr.AndersonLiuwouldnolongerserveasaVicePresidentoftheCompany.ThepersonnelchangeshallbecomeeffectivefromNovember1,2025.Mr.AndersonLiu'soriginaltermofofficewasscheduledtoconcludeupontheexpiryofthetermoftheeleventhBoardofDirectorsoftheCompany,i.e.June15,2026. Mr.JoeyZhuandMr.AndersonLiuwillnottakeanypostintheCompanyaftertheaforesaidpersonnelchanges.Asofthedisclosuredateoftheannouncement,Mr.JoeyZhuandMr.AndersonLiudidnotholdanyJMCshareandtherearenooutstandingpubliccommitments.ThedepartureofMr.JoeyZhuandMr.AndersonLiuwillnotaffectthenormaloperationoftheCompany'sdailyproductionandbusinessactivities.TheCompanyanditsBoardofDirectorsextendtheirheartfeltgratitudetoMr.JoeyZhuandMr.AndersonLiufortheircontributionstotheCompany'sdevelopmentduringtheirtenure.Itisherebyannounced.
